Customer Success Manager – SOC Team

Role Description:

  • Manage SOC projects and provide ongoing support to our customers
  • Coordinate and oversee all customer-related activities, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients
  • Produce monthly reports and insights
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer technological needs
  • Promote new service offerings while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with fundamental concepts in information security – must
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management – a significant advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must
  • High level of English (spoken and written) – must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – must
  • Understanding of computer networking and information security products – an advantage
  • Familiarity with SOC operations and QRadar system – an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong initiative, assertiveness, professionalism, and representation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and capability to lead tasks end-to-end
