Role Description:
- Manage SOC projects and provide ongoing support to our customers
- Coordinate and oversee all customer-related activities, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Produce monthly reports and insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer technological needs
- Promote new service offerings while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts in information security – must
- At least 1 year of experience in project management – a significant advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must
- High level of English (spoken and written) – must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – must
- Understanding of computer networking and information security products – an advantage
- Familiarity with SOC operations and QRadar system – an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong initiative, assertiveness, professionalism, and representation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and capability to lead tasks end-to-end
